Shipping Policy

We provide an international service and may ship to the country specified by you. We pack the orders in discrete envelopes with no reference to content. The Indian manufacturer directly sends the order. In the case of orders made by International Unregistered Mail, the delivery takes about 3 weeks.

Return Policy

We usually do not accept returns because of the type of products in which we deal. It is not possible for anybody to guarantee that conditions of storage will be met during transportation. Therefore, we are not able to accept them even when the package is not unopened.

Security Policy

If you choose, you may cancel your order within 24 hrs after submission. You should get in touch with our support team by e-mail or phone to get them informed of the decision. Please provide the order number, including the reason behind the cancellation.

Please note: No orders are going to be canceled after the 24 hours have passed.

Reship/Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction as you use the services and the products provided by us. In a situation where the order is not received during the stated delivery time, we guarantee a replacement, without costs to you, or if you choose, you will have your money back.

What you need to do in a situation like this:
  • - Check the time of delivery: With a package sent through International Unregistered Mail, the order arrives within 14 to 21 days. The medication will take longer to arrive because the medication originates from India. Please ensure that the deadline has really not been met.
  • - Contact our customer care service: If the deadline continues not to be met, please, let us know about the problem. We'll look into the matter by contacting the postal services, and if they are unable to get the problem resolves, we will refund your money or make a replacement. The time for refund depends on the processing time of the banks' transaction. This will usually take 5 to 7 days.

Please note: make a dispute about a charge (charge back issue) without getting in touch with the merchant first is considered a credit card fraud. The details of the holder (address, name, e-mail address, IP address) and credit cards are going to be blacklisted and reported to the FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division).
